Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and oversee the brand strategy, collaborating closely with other company areas such as communication, recruitment, business development, content, and finance.
- Ensure a consistent and effective brand message through market data research, analysis, and trends.
- Manage brand reputation: the brand specialist must ensure that the company's image is always positive and consistent, including crisis management and implementation of measures.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related areas (Desirable)
- Minimum experience: 2 years in advertising or digital industry roles.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, leadership, digital design proficiency, and ability to collaborate on projects.
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
