Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with data tools like Airflow, dbt, and BigQuery for developing data models and workflows.
- Knowledge of third-party systems like Salesforce, Five9, Regal, and marketing automation platforms like Customer.io and SendGrid.
- Strong skills in project scoping, breaking down large tasks, and ensuring efficient project execution.
- Experience with performance monitoring, testing, and continuous system optimization.
- Familiarity with JavaScript.
- Experience working in high-volume sales or outbound contact center environments.
- Desirable background in growth marketing, particularly with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
