Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar within an Agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Expertise in supporting development teams through effective backlog management.
- Strong ability to document business requirements and user stories in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling smooth interaction with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficient in tracking project progress and delivering regular status reports.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating UAT activities and creating test cases linked to user stories.
- Capable of contributing to ERP project planning and strategy across multiple departments.
- Adept at identifying process improvements to streamline workflows.
- Strong documentation skills to support onboarding and knowledge transfer within the team.
