As a Business Development Representative at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

General Objective

Drive the growth of the sales department by identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and significantly contributing to increasing sales and the expansion of the company's client portfolio.

 

Specific Objectives

  • Proactive Business Opportunity Generation: Proactively drive the lead and potential client generation process.
  • Identification of Growth Opportunities: Identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities.
  • Prospecting and Acquisition of New Clients: Execute the search and acquisition of new clients.
  • Data Capture and Management: Accurately record and manage relevant customer and prospect data in our management system.
  • Participation in Presentation Meetings: Actively participate in presentation meetings alongside the Business Development Director (BDM) for new clients.
  • Strategic Meeting Coordination: Coordinate strategic meetings with the aim of advancing the sales process and ensuring the conversion of prospects into clients.

 

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years in positions related to the IT industry and in sales areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, leadership, digital design, ability to collaborate on projects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English, both written and oral.
