Technical Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code principles with hands-on experience using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar solutions.
Knowledge of logging solutions such as AWS CloudTrail, ELK stack, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
Prior startup experience is beneficial.
Experience addressing challenges related to the insurance industry is a plus.
AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is advantageous.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is desirable.
Knowledge of serverless computing and experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and related services is a plus.
