Content & Community Manager (P716)

As a Jr/Mid Content & Community Manager at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the brand’s objectives.
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content in multiple formats (blogs, social media posts, videos, newsletters, infographics, etc.).
  • Utilize AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance content creation and efficiency.
  • Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and On-Page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to create visually compelling content.
  • Manage the editorial and social media content calendar.
  • Oversee and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor industry trends and conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement interactive campaigns (polls, contests, Q&As, live sessions).
  • Track and analyze key social media performance metrics, leveraging AI-powered analytics tools.
  • Maintain and protect the brand’s online reputation by handling community interactions effectively.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and content discoverability.
  • Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Leverage AI tools to analyze audience insights and optimize content strategies.
  • Continuously update and repurpose content to maximize engagement and longevity.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered content creation and analytics tools.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to digital marketing.
  • Passion for staying up to date with emerging AI tools, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
