Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and manipulation.
- Strong experience with Django for backend data processing.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services, including S3, Athena, Glue, Aurora DB, Step Functions, Lambda, Redshift, and EventBridge.
- Knowledge of IaC tools such as CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
- Experience designing and optimizing dimensional and fact data models.
- Deep understanding of ETL frameworks and data pipeline tools like AWS Glue, Apache Spark, and Apache Iceberg.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and AWS Step Functions.
- Ability to optimize and integrate data solutions within Qlik Cloud.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide engineers in best practices.
- Strategic mindset to align data engineering initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
