As a Demand Generator at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products to the market.

 

Specific Objectives

  • Research and understand the target market to identify demand generation opportunities.
  • Develop effective strategies to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the BizDev team to coordinate demand generation campaigns and achieve established goals.
  • Create persuasive and engaging content, such as emails, presentations, blogs, and marketing materials, to drive lead generation.
  • Utilize digital marketing and lead generation tools, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to optimize demand generation campaigns.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the success of demand generation initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, and activities.

 

Technical Requirements

  • Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a similar demand generation role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.
  • Solid knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve demand generation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of B2B digital marketing and CRM tools: Apollo, Walaaxy, Snov.io, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (Desirable).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Desirable).
  • English proficiency level of C1 or above (Desirable).
