Technical Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Demonstrated experience as a consultant and developer for Dynamics 365.
Skilled in using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365.
Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically in Sales and Customer Service.
Strong understanding of Power Automate flows and connectors for automating tasks.
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Dataverse for managing data.
Experience in developing and managing Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Apps Portals.
Understanding of Azure services related to Dynamics 365.
Proficient in using CSOM, JSOM, and REST API for custom development.
Excellent at problem-solving and taking a proactive approach to enhance performance.
Strong communication abilities and effective in a collaborative team environment.
