Technical Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in engineering, information technology, or a related technical field to understand and support client needs effectively.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Capability to analyze client challenges, propose effective technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Understanding of sales strategies, upselling, and account management to drive business growth and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • High-level fluency in English to communicate effectively with international clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and technical solutions that align with both client requirements and business objectives.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
