Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role, managing diverse teams, including developers, QA, and UI specialists.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js development.
- Hands-on experience with React and familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Proficient in working with relational databases and implementing performance optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, and data systems while justifying technical approaches.
- Skilled in implementing best practices, including code versioning, secure development, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
- Understanding of lean development methodologies and principles of observability.
- Desirable experience working with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
