Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative experiences to positively impact employees and clients.
- Take responsibility for event planning, organization, budgeting, as well as data collection and analysis.
- Manage the event budget, track expenses, and submit receipts.
- Represent the organization at events and meetings with related entities.
- Coordinate and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives as a reference for CSR within the company, aligned with the company's strategic plan.
- Manage the company's institutional relations, fostering agreements with both public and private entities and creating plans to strengthen relationships with various organizations.
Technical Requirements
- Relevant educational background in marketing, event organization, institutional relations, among others.
- Previous experience in planning and executing corporate events.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage budgets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, creativity, and project coordination skills.
- Over 2 years of experience in roles related to the advertising, digital, or public relations industry (Desirable).
- Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English (Desirable).
