Technical Requirements

• 3+ years working as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Strong foundational design skills including illustration, typography, hand-lettering, and motion graphics (if applicable).
• Ability to apply scientific thinking to transform business problems into user-friendly designs.
• Experience with design sprints.
• Experience creating marketing materials.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and engineers to create visually compelling marketing materials.
• Design a wide variety of digital and print marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
• High level of English proficiency.
