Technical Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Kafka Administrator, with a focus on Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK) deployed on on-prem OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Proven experience working with ClusterLink and Replicators for Kafka clusters.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex Kafka-related issues.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to Confluent MRC (Multi-Region Clusters) and their management.
- Familiarity with KRaft mode (Kafka Raft) and the capability to upgrade the Confluent Kafka Platform to KRaft using CFK immediately upon onboarding.
