Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- Expert-level proficiency with Notion, including building complex project management systems.
- Experience with Frame.io or similar review/approval platforms.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with creative teams and understanding creative workflows.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and digital advertising production processes for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
