Technical Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure
Prior experience in a technical leadership role, guiding and motivating a team of developers.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, multitask, and deliver high-quality projects on time.
A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and technologies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
