As a Senior Process Delivery Analyst at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, designers, and recruiters who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Define strategic business objectives in collaboration with management.
- Assess, organize, and design the company's internal structure to create and maintain an up-to-date organizational chart for a clear visualization of current roles.
- Work with each department to establish concrete and measurable objectives.
- Train each department on data recording for performance measurement.
- Define metrics and KPIs for each department.
- Develop dashboards to clearly and accurately visualize information for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Establish proactive and reactive policies to address emerging situations.
- Continuously analyze and monitor various processes implemented across all departments.
- Provide support to all departments.
- Present periodic reports to management to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of each department.
- Conduct ongoing follow-ups and support for employees by designing and implementing the employee journey and employee experience to assess their satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement new employee experience tools to systematize and organize employee information.
- Design, implement, and document the 360-degree evaluation process, from initiation to results analysis.
- Develop and formalize policies related to training and development.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Data Studio, Presentations).
- Knowledge and experience in metrics and Data Analytics indicators.
- Understanding of continuous improvement tools, processes, procedures, and Agile methodology.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) is desirable.
