Process Delivery Analyst (P728)

As a Senior Process Delivery Analyst at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, designers, and recruiters who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market. 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Define strategic business objectives in collaboration with management.
  • Assess, organize, and design the company's internal structure to create and maintain an up-to-date organizational chart for a clear visualization of current roles.
  • Work with each department to establish concrete and measurable objectives.
  • Train each department on data recording for performance measurement.
  • Define metrics and KPIs for each department.
  • Develop dashboards to clearly and accurately visualize information for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Establish proactive and reactive policies to address emerging situations.
  • Continuously analyze and monitor various processes implemented across all departments.
  • Provide support to all departments.
  • Present periodic reports to management to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of each department.
  • Conduct ongoing follow-ups and support for employees by designing and implementing the employee journey and employee experience to assess their satisfaction and engagement.
  • Implement new employee experience tools to systematize and organize employee information.
  • Design, implement, and document the 360-degree evaluation process, from initiation to results analysis.
  • Develop and formalize policies related to training and development.

 

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Data Studio, Presentations).
  • Knowledge and experience in metrics and Data Analytics indicators.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement tools, processes, procedures, and Agile methodology.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) is desirable.
