Technical Requirements

Proficient in web application design and development, capable of working autonomously and being self-reliant.
Previous involvement in designing internal tools (bonus points for fintech or financial industry experience).
Proven track record in creating and refining web experiences that are optimized for efficient workflows.
Familiarity with Figma, a design and prototyping tool.
Strong strategic thinking abilities, with attention to detail during implementation.
Familiarity with web development tools like React and Javascript is advantageous, as close collaboration with Frontend Developers is expected to determine the best approach for implementing the proposed designs.
Additional skills that would be considered a bonus: strong visual design expertise.
