Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.
- Experience in data visualization and designing dashboards for enterprise applications.
- Basic understanding of front-end development concepts, enabling effective collaboration with engineers.
- Deep user empathy to design solutions that address real customer challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and their impact on user satisfaction.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, product managers, and customer success teams.
- Problem-solving mindset, proactively identifying and resolving usability issues.
- Track feature adoption rates to measure user engagement after design updates.
- Monitor user satisfaction through surveys and usability testing results.
- Evaluate the time users take to achieve meaningful outcomes using the product.
- Analyze engagement metrics such as session duration and dashboard interactions.
