Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in digital product development.
- Solid understanding of Scrum and experience in writing user stories.
- Demonstrated ability in road mapping and user story mapping.
- Experience in managing backlog and prioritizing tasks based on business value.
- Knowledge of risk management and analytical skills for making informed decisions.
- Knowledge of Lean, Lean Inception, Lean Startup.
- Experience with Design Thinking or Design Sprint.
- Familiarity with Kanban (preferred).
- PSPO certification or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
