Technical Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant software product management, product owner, or business analysis experience in an agile environment.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information and influence technical decisions.
Proficient in writing acceptance criteria and crafting well-defined requirements.
Strong understanding of the software industry, software development, and product lifecycle processes.
3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Flexible and adept at collaborating and negotiating with individuals across different teams and levels.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently..
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with Story Mapping and Road Maps.
Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO).
Prior experience as a Scrum Master.
Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
