Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling, planning, and successful completion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and deal with sensitive issues.
- Strong project management skills, team leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
