Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical program management, directly interfacing with software engineering teams.
• Extensive experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
