Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in using Atlassian tools for business process automation.
- Skilled in identifying and analyzing business needs through discovery and exploration.
- Experience in designing business process automation solutions.
- Capable of implementing process automation solutions using the Atlassian platform, RPA technology, and other relevant tools.
- Competent in designing, executing, and monitoring tests for implemented solutions.
- Proficient in documenting implemented solutions clearly and thoroughly.
- Experienced in training clients on the use and maintenance of automation solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring the effective use of implemented solutions.
