Technical Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Service Management, or at a Senior Analyst level, demonstrating a strong track record in these domains.
- Highly experienced with ITIL principles, showcasing a thorough understanding of industry best practices.
- Proficiency in working with various technical tools, including ASPEN, PowerBI, and Smartsheet.
- Experience managing and updating the main service management reporting tools, including Smartsheet, PowerPoint (PPT), and PowerBI reports.
- Hands-on experience with Aspen Tool to maintain automated reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
