Technical Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Ability to lead test case sessions and functionality demos.
  • Skilled in automated testing, preferably using ATF (Automated Test Framework).
  • Experience in testing APIs.
  • Design and documentation of test cases.
  • Experience in defect management, including defect reporting and test execution.
  • Proficiency in analyzing requirements.
  • Ability to manage risks associated with testing.
  • Knowledge of various testing methodologies.
