Technical Requirements

5+ years of industry experience in IT or Engineering.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline is required.
ITIL Certification.
Systems Engineer experience in SaaS/Azure environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Active Directory design and configuration.
Experience supporting both Mac and PC environments.
Familiarity with enterprise systems like GWS, Intune, Jamf, Slack, AWS, Tanium, and other enterprise services.
Proficiency in implementing Group Policy to meet compliance requirements (CIS, SOX, PCI auditing).
Knowledge of Agile best practices.
Ability to build strong relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
