Technical Requirements

+5 years of experience working with Oracle Engagement Cloud and/or CRM applications, with a particular focus on Oracle CX Sales.
Manage and perform QA testing work and associated support duties, with a functional role that understands the foundational areas of CRM sales and service.
Able to conduct manual testing activities and possess a good understanding of Web Services, integrations, and related concepts.
Experienced in automated testing to help with Oracle quarterly upgrades.
As the QA engineer is expected to have functional knowledge of the application, the role is accompanied by a Business Analyst position.
Solid experience in QA automation, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality.
Proficiency in CRM applications.
Expertise in Business Analysis, with an emphasis on functional knowledge.
