Support Engineer (P739)

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Linux and ability to execute and troubleshoot programs.
  • Senior-level experience with Linux and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in workload design, orchestration, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and system management.
  • Experience with Python for back-end development, automation, and API connections.
  • Ability to work with and integrate different types of APIs.
  • Experience in automating monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for existing Python code.
  • Understanding of relational data structures and SQL.
  • Experience working with MySQL, including querying and troubleshooting data issues.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and experience with data projects (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of C++ for supporting pipelines (nice-to-have).
  • Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or C1 (Proficient) level in English.
