Technical Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in developing scalable applications/products.
2+ years of hands-on experience managing teams of Software Engineers.
Proficiency in the Financial Services/Banking domain, offering added value.
Background in creating enterprise applications & platforms on high throughput SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with databases like Oracle and MySQL.
Ability to lead, organize, and effectively oversee projects.
Display a clear understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
