Technical Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, directly interfacing with software engineering teams.
Over 5 years of experience in a technology company, preferably within a SaaS model.
At least 3 years of experience managing software development projects with specific schedules and deadlines.
Hands-on experience with iterative or agile methodologies.
Proven success in delivering programs and managing complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project planning, road mapping, and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Roadmunk.
Certifications such as Scrum Master, Scaled Agilist, or PMP (Desirable).
