Technical Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management, Service Management, or Senior Analyst-level experience.
  • Profound analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret data effectively.
  • Highly experienced with ITIL principles, showcasing a thorough understanding of industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in working with various technical tools, including ASPEN, PowerBI, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience managing and updating the main service management reporting tools, including Smartsheet, PowerPoint (PPT), and PowerBI reports.
  • Hands-on experience with Aspen Tool to maintain automated reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
  • Excellent English-speaking and presentation skills.
