Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- +5 years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Proven experience with PDF text extraction techniques and libraries.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, especially Keras, and OCR technologies like Tesseract.
- Demonstrated ability to work with noisy documents, including handwritten responses, and devise effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
