Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with demonstrable experience in customization, configuration, and implementation.
- Familiarity with CRM integration methodologies and experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
- Knowledge of CRM data migration strategies and proficiency in data mapping and transformation.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing CRM workflows and processes to meet business objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM security models and best practices for user access control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
