Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in program management.
- Experience organizing multiple teams for software/product development initiatives, preferably with Agile lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in managing complex development programs that deliver technical solutions and achieve business results.
- Strong ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse business and technology backgrounds, including across geographies.
- Strong technical acumen with a customer-centric mindset throughout the program delivery lifecycle.
- Proficient in project management processes, tools, templates, and techniques.
- Familiarity with various software development methodologies, particularly Agile, and experience with SDLC management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Success in developing program/project-level artifacts to support major software implementation programs with concurrent releases.
