Technical Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Process Analyst.
- Solid understanding of business processes, including how they are designed, implemented, and optimized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies that support process management and improvement, such as process modeling software, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and automation platforms.
- Skills in process diagrams, use of process diagramming tools, audience management, and project management.
- B2 level or higher in English.
