As a SR Data Engineer at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Develop and maintain data engineering solutions using Python and Scala, leveraging substantial experience in these programming languages.
- Manage and optimize both SQL and NoSQL databases, and create data visualizations using tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
- Utilize AWS or similar cloud platforms, including services like S3, EMR, and Lambda, to implement and manage cloud-based solutions.
- Apply infrastructure as code principles and Agile methodologies, including using tools like Jira, to streamline project workflows.
- Design data pipelines, model databases for analytics, monitor cloud software, and implement API/web scraping techniques.
- Provide support to Tableau and PowerBI users, as well as collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to meet their needs.
- Exhibit strong communication and time management skills, with a proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented approach.
