Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Demonstrated experience as a consultant and developer for Dynamics 365.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365.
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically in Sales and Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of Power Automate flows and connectors for automating tasks.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Dataverse for managing data.
- Experience in developing and managing Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Apps Portals.
- Understanding of Azure services related to Dynamics 365.
- Proficient in using CSOM, JSOM, and REST API for custom development.
- Excellent at problem-solving and taking a proactive approach to enhance performance.
- Strong communication abilities and effective in a collaborative team environment.
