Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo in Supply Chain or Nuclear industries.
- Extensive expertise in Maximo configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong proficiency in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), Object Structures, and Rules configuration.
- Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and other relevant languages for Maximo development.
- Deep understanding of WebSphere architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Maximo data structures, application design, security settings, and workflow design.
- Ability to interpret client requirements, propose solutions, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges in Maximo implementations.
