Talent Acquisition Specialist (P701)

As a JR/Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment and selection process of IT profiles.
  • LATAM profiles review.
  • Recruitment interviews with different profiles.
  • Writing reports and resumes.
  • Coordination of technical interviews.
  • Follow-up of candidates in process and admitted.
  • Publication of active searches on LinkedIn and different web pages.
  • Employee branding, publications, and content generation on LinkedIn.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in recruiting IT profiles.
  • Minimum English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
  • Knowledge of Google Suite Platform (Docs, Sheets).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Recruiter Lite.
