Talent Acquisition Specialist (P701)
As a JR/Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and selection process of IT profiles.
- LATAM profiles review.
- Recruitment interviews with different profiles.
- Writing reports and resumes.
- Coordination of technical interviews.
- Follow-up of candidates in process and admitted.
- Publication of active searches on LinkedIn and different web pages.
- Employee branding, publications, and content generation on LinkedIn.
Technical Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience in recruiting IT profiles.
- Minimum English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
- Knowledge of Google Suite Platform (Docs, Sheets).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Recruiter Lite.
