Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Have at least 4 years of experience in a role such as Statistician, Researcher, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, or a similar position
- Expert-level skills in using Python and SQL for building time series forecasting models, specifically with tools like SKLearn and XGBoost
- Possess technical proficiency with demonstrated experience in developing and deploying code for production systems
- Have experience in financial underwriting and credit analysis, and preferably have worked for a lending or specialty finance company that provides funds to consumers or businesses in the USA
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and take accountability for delivering projects within committed timelines while proactively communicating any changes to the plan
