As an Event Coordinator at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative experiences to positively impact employees and clients.
  • Take responsibility for event planning, organization, budgeting, as well as data collection and analysis.
  • Manage the event budget, track expenses, and submit receipts.
  • Represent the organization at events and meetings with related entities.
  • Coordinate and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives as a reference for CSR within the company, aligned with the company's strategic plan.
  • Manage the company's institutional relations, fostering agreements with both public and private entities and creating plans to strengthen relationships with various organizations.

 

Technical Requirements

  • Relevant educational background in marketing, event organization, institutional relations, among others.
  • Previous experience in planning and executing corporate events.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage budgets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, creativity, and project coordination skills.
  • Over 2 years of experience in roles related to the advertising, digital, or public relations industry (Desirable).
  • Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English (Desirable).
