As a Mid-Level Process Delivery Analyst at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.
General Objective
Conduct a survey and data analysis of all procedures and areas within the organization to identify areas of improvement and alerts that will enhance the decision-making process and employee experience in the company.
Functions
- Support in defining strategic business objectives.
- Survey, organize, and design the internal structure of the company to create and maintain an updated organizational chart.
- Train and support each area in data recording for performance measurement.
- Define metrics and KPIs per area to generate dashboards for clear and precise information visualization for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Continuously analyze and monitor the various processes carried out in all areas of the organization.
- Present periodic reports to management to assess the performance and effectiveness of each area.
- Survey, design, implement, and follow up on the 360-degree evaluation process, assessing the satisfaction of employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields, with desirable 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Data Studio, Presentations) is mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience in Data Analytics metrics and indicators.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools, processes, procedures, and agile methodologies.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English (B2) is desirable.
- On-site work for 3-6 months, with the possibility of hybrid work later.
