Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience using React and experience developing with a focus on accessibility.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Experience working with backend technologies, preferably Ruby, although other backend languages are acceptable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
