Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience of +5 years as a Full-Stack Web Developer, with expertise in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL for database management.
- Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Familiarity with Sidekiq for background job processing.
- Knowledge of React would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Elastic Search, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached, and RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
