Technical Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow.
- Ability to lead test case sessions and functionality demos.
- Skilled in automated testing, preferably using ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Experience in testing APIs.
- Design and documentation of test cases.
- Experience in defect management, including defect reporting and test execution.
- Proficiency in analyzing requirements.
- Ability to manage risks associated with testing.
- Knowledge of various testing methodologies.
