Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to prepare and conduct workshops to understand requirements.
  • Capable of identifying and documenting requirements in user story format.
  • Ability to guide clients and offer solution proposals based on best practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Should be fluent in both Spanish and English (C1).
  • Certification in any of the following ServiceNow modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, Strategic Portfolio Management
