Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent practical experience in the field.
- Discovering user needs through analysis of existing products or support tickets.
- Conducting generative user research.
- Ability to give and receive constructive critique regarding UI designs within an iterative feedback loop.
- Experience working with established design systems as creative constraints during the design process.
- Proficiency in using Figma and Figjam for creating designs and prototypes.
- Extensive experience leveraging advanced features for layout tables in Figma.
- Understanding of financial terms and general accounting practices to inform better decision-making during the design process.
- Experience with multi-tier systems, specifically ERP or CRM solutions, is crucial.
- A professional portfolio reflecting financial work or experience with data visualization techniques for large datasets.
- A naturally curious mindset with excellence in critical thinking skills when tackling complex situations or problems during projects.
