As a Mid-Level Applications Support Engineer at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years in application support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mobile device settings and applications on both Android and iOS.
  • Solid experience with ZenDesk for support operations.
  • Ability to interpret and debug web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls) with a working knowledge of API query languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Kibana and other relevant monitoring tools.
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
  • Willingness to work during off-hours and weekends as needed.
